Thanks for the [homecoming] invitation. We will not be coming to Homecoming this year, so will not be able to attend the lecture or the luncheon.

I am enjoying my retirement, both my photography as well as keeping my finger in here at NIST part of one day per week. I am still the Technical Program Chair for the Biology and Medicine Division of the American Nuclear Society, and will be presenting a paper and chairing several sessions at the national meeting here in Washington in November.

Our best wishes both to you and your wife, and we look forward to future years when we will be attending. I don't know yet about next year, but Linda's 40th reunion will be in 2002, so we will definitely attend that year.
