I am a Principal Engineer at Raytheon Systems Company in the RF Systems Engineering Center where we do system engineering for airborne radar set special test equipment. We also establish the requirements and design for software for this special test equipment.
My hobbies include Tai Chi, genealogy, grandchildren, and travel.
After graduating from VU, I was a high school and junior college physics teacher for 16 years. I received an MA (1970) from California State University at Long Beach. I have been doing system and software engineering for various airborne radar sets and special test equipment for the past 22 years.
I recall how VU gave me a love of physics. Due to VU, I wanted to follow a teaching career in physics, and this was a rewarding career until proposition-13 destroyed education in California. Then I moved to Hughes and am now with Raytheon.
