24 March 2000 - Robert (Bobby) Greene ('99)
I am currently beginning work with Dr. Islam here on nuclear cross-sections of Cu65 in low-energy reactions. These are the same energies that are found in the type II supernovae explosions which create elements heavier than 60. So, I'm able to bridge nuclear and astrophysics in what will most likely be the subject for my master's thesis.
