16 April 2000 Jason Hayward ('99)

Things are going well here. My wife, Shannon and I are parents. Hannah Grace Hayward, our daughter was born on Feb. 8th 2000. She is quite a joy!

Teaching is going very well here with the US Navy in Charleston, SC. I just finished teaching my first physics class. I teach some mechanics, E and M, Modern physics (including atomic and nuclear), and then some reactor theory. I've learned a lot so far. I have an opportunity to teach a more advanced nuclear reactor theory course in the future, so that's what I may be doing in a year or so. Just wanted to say hello!
