23 August 2000 - Kristi Keller ('87)

I defended my thesis in June. I went to a conference in Colorado 1 1/2 weeks after my defense. I got a National Research Council Research Associateship at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. I started in late July. I am finishing up a paper from my thesis that will be published in the Journal of Geophysical Research (hopefully). The two referees seem to accept the paper so it is up to the editor. I will get three published papers out of my thesis. The position is for one to three years and I will be working on computer modelling of the magnetosphere.

I hope everything is fine there.
