24 September 1999 Bob Witte ('82)

Bob Witte writes that he is an Engineering Manager with CTS Wireless where he leads teams of engineers in the development of new products. . These new products are used as frequency sources and frequency selectivity in portable RF devices, such as, cellular phones and pagers.

As an update, he writes that, "I started my employment with Motorola as a component design engineer. I now am employed by CTS Corp. as an Engineering Manager. Somewhere between then and now I received an MS in Engineering Management. My managerial/leadership role has spanned Product Development, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Applications engineering functions.

"I have now been in the component industry for 17 years and it seems like yesterday that I was writing up my labs for Reactor Physics - we used to do these by hand back then!!"
