Homecoming, Saturday, 2 October 1999 was celebrated with our traditional "stand up" luncheon in the Neils Science Center foyer. The food, as usual, was appetizing, and the conversation was lively. Not all of our returning physics alumni signed in when they arrived so I may forget to mention a few. It's enjoyable to catch up on what is happening in the lives of graduates since our last conversation. On Friday, 1 October 1999, we had our Homecoming colloquium - this time based in large part on a unique experience. Prof. Koetke broadcasted an e-mail greeting and a request for information to those alumni whose e-mail address we had, hoping to get a few replies telling about career developments and answers to a few other leading questions. The luncheon is scheduled annually for 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. As an indication of the good time we had, our conversations went on until after 2:00 PM!
