Prof. Bruce Hrivnak was awarded the University Research Professorship for the academic year, 1999-2000. Along with a sabbatical leave, he will be at the University of Arizona for the entire academic year where he will be engaged in astronomy research activities. Prof. Hrivnak's daughter Ann is in her last year of studies at Butler University and son John began his first year at the American University in Washington DC. Son Stephen is with Prof. Hrivnak and his wife in Tuscon, AZ. He writes that the three of them are settled into their rental housing.
